Bakalářská práce se zabývá svalovými dystrofiemi, které představují geneticky podmíněnou skupinu onemocnění, u nichž má léčebná rehabilitace zásadní význam. Je však nutná přiměřenost a správný postup rehabilitační péče. Hlavním cílem rehabilitace je udržet samostatnost pacienta co nejdéle, tzn. zaměřit se na svalovou sílu a kvalitu chůze, funkci respiračního a kardiovaskulárního aparátu, zabránit rozvoji kontraktur a změn z inaktivity. Nedílnou součást terapie představují i kompenzační pomůcky.The graduation theses is engaged in muscular dystrophy. Muscular dystrophy is genetically conditioned group of diseases in which the rehabilitation has the cardinal importance. However the the adequate and correct procedure of rehabilitation is necessary. The main aim of rehabilitation is to keep self-action of a patient as long as possible, i.e. concentrate on the muscular power and quality of pace, on the function of respiratory and cardiovascular system, to prevent from development of contractures and modifications caused by inactiveness. Compensatory facilitations are the integral part of therapy.
