Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu biodiverzity dolního úseku řeky Bečvy a na návrhy opatření, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení úseku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je čtenář seznámen se základními pojmy, nezbytnými pro následující analýzu a návrhy opatření. Poté již navazuje praktická část, konkrétně analýza vybraného úseku. Vybraný úsek byl rozdělen na 119 podúseků, načež byla provedena analýza založená na základě čtyř proměnných (bioindikátory, invazní druhy, vodní díla a stav břehů), podle kterých byla, za použití vzorce, vypočtena hodnota jednotlivých podúseků. Díky tomu lze z analýzy vyčíst jaké úseky jsou nejcennější nebo naopak nejvíce degradované. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje autorovy návrhy několika opatření, jež by mohla vést ke zlepšení biodiverzity ve vybraném úseku.This thesis focuses on the analysis of biodiversity in the lower section of the Bečva River and on proposals for measures that could lead to its improvement. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the fundamental concepts necessary for the subsequent analysis and proposed measures. This is followed by the practical part, specifically the analysis of the selected section.The selected section was divided into 119 subsections, after which an analysis was conducted based on four variables (bioindicators, invasive species, hydraulic structures, and the condition of banks/riverbed). Using a formula, a value was calculated for each subsection based on these variables. This analysis makes it possible to determine which sections are the most valuable or, conversely, the most degraded. The final part of the thesis presents the author's proposals for several measures that could contribute to improving biodiversity in the selected section.
