Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem elektrochemických vlastností N-fenylpiperazinu pomocí metod cyklické voltametrie a square wave voltametrie. Byly nalezeny vhodné parametry pro analýzu standardů studovaných látek v Britton-Robinsonově pufru. Diplomová práce se také zabývá analýzou produktů elektrochemické reakce pomocí hmotnostní spektrometrie. Pro porovnání elektrochemických vlastností byl také analyzován N-fenylpiperidin. Pro obě studované látky byl navržen mechanismus elektrochemické oxidace.This thesis deals with the study of the electrochemical properties of N-phenylpiperazine using the methods of cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry. Suitable parameters were found for the analysis of standards of the studied compounds in Britton-Robinson buffer. The thesis also deals with the analysis of electrochemical reaction products by mass spectrometry. N-phenylpiperidine was also analyzed for comparison of electrochemical properties. The mechanism of electrochemical oxidaton of both studied compounds was proposed.
