(113 614 znaků). -- Oponent Libor Botek. -- Ved. práce Damián Němec. -- Abstract: Práce pojednává o hmotněprávních aspektech sekulární kárné odpovědnosti soudců a kanonické trestní odpovědnosti kleriků, zejména s ohledem na novelizaci VI. knihy Kodexu kanonického práva. Tato disciplinární odvětví charakterizuje, srovnává podstatu jimi stanovených deliktů a zásad uplatňovaných při jejich aplikaci; zabývá se též komparací trestů, jež lze v obou systémech za spáchané protiprávní jednání uložit. Cílem práce je identifikovat základní shody a odlišnosti v relevantní právní úpravě.. -- Abstract: The thesis describes the substantive legal aspects of the secular disciplinary liability of judges and the canonical criminal liability of clerics, especially with regard to the amendment of VI. book of the Code of Canon Law. It characterizes these disciplinary divisions, compares the essence of the delicts established by them and the principles applied in their application; it also deals with the comparison of punishments that can be imposed in both systems for the committed illegal act. The aim of the thesis is to identify the basic similarities and differences between the relevant legislation.
