Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kulturní fenomén, kterým je čínský seriál The Untamed, a zároveň také jeho knižní předloha, známá pod názvem Mo Dao Zu Shi. Hlavním cílem práce je převážně analýza a porovnání seriálu a knihy, čemuž se věnuji v praktické části práce. V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji především na představení žánrů - BL (v čínském kontextu známý jako danmei) a wuxia. Tyto žánry jsou se seriálem i literární předlohou úzce spjaty. V neposlední řadě jsou součástí práce také teoretické kapitoly, které se zabývají cenzurou a internetovou literaturou. V souvislosti s dílem je cenzurou myšlena ta, která se zaměřuje na cenzurování homosexuálních (romantických i sexuálních) prvků. Téma internetové literatury je spjaté s knižní předlohou Mo Dao Zu Shi, jelikož i samotný román původně vznikl jako román internetový.This bachelor's thesis focuses on a cultural phenomenon, which is the Chinese drama series The Untamed and also its novel, known as Mo Dao Zu Shi. The main aim of this thesis is the analysis and comparison of the serias and the novel, to which is the practical part of the thesis dedicated. In the theoretical part of the work I mainly focus on the introduction of genres - BL (known as danmei in the Chinese context) and wuxia. These genres are closely connected to the series and to the novel. Last but not least, the thesis also includes theoretical chapters about censorship and Internet literature. The censorship in this case is the one that focuses on censoring homosexual (romantic and sexual) elements. The topic of Internet literature is connected with Mo Dao Zu Shi, as the novel itself was originally published as a web novel.
