Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem kojenecké ústavy a jejich klientela v kontextu transformace systému péče o ohrožené děti pohledem sociálních pracovníků. Za cíl si klade zodpovědět otázku, co je obsahem pohledu pracovníků na kojenecké ústavy, jejich klientelu a proces transformace směřující k nahrazení ústavní péče jinou formou péče, zejména pěstounskou péčí na přechodnou dobu. Jako hlavní metodu k dosažení tohoto cíle je zvoleno kvalitativní dotazování.The diploma thesis deals with the topic of infant institutions and their clients in the context of the transformation of the system of care for vulnerable children from the perspective of social workers. It aims to answer the question of what is the content of the employees' view of infant institutions, their clients and the process of transformation aimed at replacing institutional care with another form of care, especially foster care for a transitional period. Qualitative questioning is chosen as the main method to achieve this goal.
