Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat zkušenosti aktérů, kteří se zapojují do procesu zavádění Cochemské praxe na území okresu Vsetín. Mezi zkoumanými aktéry byli zvoleni pracovníci odborných poraden, OSPOD a pracovníci soudu. K dosažení cíle byla použita kvalitativní metoda zkoumání prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, získaná data byla analyzována metodou vytváření trsů. Empirická část práce je zaměřena na zjištění, s jakými typy přístupů se lze setkat během zavádění Cochemské praxe, rovněž jaké jsou přínosy a úskalí v souvislosti se zaváděním Cochemské praxe a jak aktéři hodnotí interdisciplinární spolupráci. Výsledky výzkumu jsou shrnuty v závěrečné diskusi.The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe the participants´ experience involving in the process of implementation of the Cochem practice in the territory of Vsetín district. Among the inquired participants were selected specialized advisory centre workers, OSPOD information portal staff, and law court clerks. To achieve the goal a qualitative research method by the means of a semi-structured interview was employed and the acquired data were analysed applying the cluster sampling method. The empirical part of the thesis is intended to ascertain which types of approaches can be encountered during the implementation of the Cochem practice, as well as what the benefits and the difficulties are in connection with the implementation of the Cochem practice and moreover, how the participants evaluate interdisciplinary collaboration. The research results are summarized in the final discussion.
