Tato diplomová práce se věnuje návratové migraci a programům asistovaných dobrovolných návratů z České republiky. Jakožto země, která se s větší vlnou imigrace setkává až od devadesátých let minulého století, se Česká republika musela bez předchozích zkušeností zaměřit na legislativní úpravu a regulaci migrace obecně. Zákonná úprava návratové migrace tedy přichází postupně v jedenadvacátém století. Se vstupem do Evropské unie pak přichází celková úprava migrační politiky s cílem harmonizace politik všech členských států. Tato práce se zaměřuje na teoretický výklad pojmu návratová migrace, jeho legislativní rámec v České republice se zřetelem na unijní normy a statistické údaje o realizovaných dobrovolných návratech z českého území. Další část práce je věnována organizacím realizujícím dobrovolné návraty, a především konkrétním programům, které jsou migrantům v České republice nabízeny.This diploma thesis deals with return migration and assisted voluntary return programs from the Czech Republic. As a country that has been experiencing a large wave of immigration since the 1990s, the Czech Republic had to focus on legislative adjustment and regulation of migration in general without previous experience. The legal regulation of return migration thus comes gradually in the twenty-first century. With the accesion to the European Union comes the overal adjustment of migration policy with the aim of harmonizing the policies of all member states. This thesis focuses on the theoretical interpretation of the concept of return migration, its legislative framework of the Czech Republic with regard to standards of the European Union and statistical data on realized voluntary returns from the Czech territory. The subsequent part of the thesis is devoted to organizations interested in the implementation of voluntary returns and especially to specific programs that are offered to migrants in the Czech Republic.
