Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fibromyalgického syndromu. První část práce shrnuje obecné informace o onemocnění včetně užívané terminologie, epidemiologických dat a etiopatogeneze. Dále obsahuje podrobný popis klinického obrazu s dominujícími příznaky. Druhá část se zaměřuje na možnosti ovlivnění syndromu v rámci fyzioterapie. Práce je doplněna kazuistikou pacientky trpící fibromyalgickým syndromem, včetně navrženého postupu terapie.This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of fibromyalgia syndrome. The first part summarises general information about the disease, including terminology, epidemiological data and etiopathogenesis. It also contains a detailed description of the clinical manifestation with dominant symptoms. The second part focuses on the possibilities of influencing the syndrome within the framework of physiotherapy. The work is supplemented by the case report of a patient suffering from fibromyalgia syndrome, including the proposed course of therapy.
