Práce ve své teoretické části pojednává zejména o problematice stresu, psychického traumatu a duševních poruchách spojených s těmito fenomény. Dále je teoretická část věnovaná možnostem léčby a systémové péče o oběti psychického traumatu a PTSD. Empirická část se zaměřuje na hodnocení účinných postupů léčby, možností, dostupnosti a kvality systémové péče o oběti traumatu a PTSD, z hlediska pracovníků krizových center apsychiatrických nemocnic. Pro tyto účely byl zvolen kvalitativní přístup, metoda polostrukturované interview a záměrný výběr výzkumného souboru. Výzkumu zúčastnilo osm respondentů, ze tří krizových center a dvou psychiatrických nemocnic, zpracování dat proběhlo na základě rámcové analýzy. Základním postupem při léčbě traumatu je kombinace psychoterapie a farmakoterapie. Podstatou psychoterapeutické práce, je navázání bezpečného a důvěrného vztahu a stabilizace klienta. Samotným principem je posléze práce s emoční abreakcí a mapování zdrojů podpory. Možnosti systémové péče o traumatizované klienty, představují především krizová centra, linky důvěry a ambulance klinického psychologa. Dostupnost těchto forem systémové péče je regionálně podmínečná.In the theoretical part, the work deals with problems of stress, psychological trauma, and psychiatric disorders associated with these phenomena. The theoretical part is also devoted to treatment options and systematic care for victims of psychological trauma and PTSD. The empirical part focuses on the evaluation of effective methods of treatment, options, availability and quality of the system of care for victims of trauma and PTSD, in terms of staff of crisis centres and psychiatric hospitals. Qualitative approach, method of semi- structured interview and deliberate selection of the research file, were chosen for the purposes of this work. Eight respondents participated in the study, consisting of 3 from crisis centres and two from psychiatric hospitals. Data processing was done based on Framework analysis. The basic approach in the treatment of trauma is a combination of psychotherapy and drug therapy. The essence of psychotherapeutic work is to establish a safe and confidential relation and stabilization of the client. The principle itself eventually work with emotional abreaction and mapping of support resources. Options of system of care for traumatized clients are primarily crisis centres, hotlines and outpatient of clinical psychologist. The availability of these form of care are regionally conditioned.
