Skokanské koleno vzniká chronickým přetěžováním extenzorového aparátu kolenního kloubu a projevuje se narůstající bolestí v oblasti ligamenta patellae. Léčba je limitována doposud ne zcela známou etiopatogenezí onemocnění. Cílem práce je zpracovat ucelený přehled o problematice skokanského kolene. Speciální část popisuje vyšetření fyzioterapeutem a podává přehled o terapeutických metodách, které jsou uvedeny v dostupných vědeckých publikacích. Práce je v závěru doplněna kazuistikou pacienta a návrhem rehabilitačního plánu.A jumper's knee is caused by a chronic overloading of the extensor apparatus of the knee joint and manifests itself by an increasing pain in the area of ligamentum patellae. The treatment is limited by the fact that the aetipathogenesis of the condition is not completely known so far. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate a comprehensive overview of the topic of a jumper´s knee. In the special part of the thesis, the author is describing an examination by the physiotherapist and is providing an overview of the therapeutic methods which are stated in the available scientific publications. At the end, the thesis is complemented by a case report of a patient and a proposal of a rehabilitation plan.
