Tato práce je literární rešerší zabývající se využitím telemetrických metod při studiu bezobratlých živočichů. Telemetrie je progresivní metoda, která se stále více uplatňuje při studiu bezobratlých. Má veliký potenciál při řešení otázek jako jsou pohyb v prostoru, migrace, využití prostředí, chování a evoluce. V první části této práce se věnuju charakteristice různých druhů telemetrie, které jsou doposud používané při studiích pohybu živočichů, s ohledem na jejich uplatnění při výzkumech na hmyzu. Těmito metodami jsou harmonický radar, radiofrekvenční systém identifikace, radiotelemetrie, GPS, ARGOS, biotelemetrie a neurální telemetrie. V druhé části práce se zaměřuju na praktické využitím radiotelemetrie a uvádím příklady reálných výzkumů, které s touto metodou pracovaly.This thesis is a review of scientific articles, dealing with telemetry methods in studying invertebrates. Telemetry is a progressive method, which is recently applied in studies of invertebrates. It has a big potencial to answer the questions of movement, migration, habitat use, behavior and evolution. In the first part of thesis different types of telemetry used in insect studies are to be described together with evaluation of their advantages and disadvantages.. The following methods are regarded: harmonic radar, radio-frequency system of identification, radio-telemetry, GPS, ARGOS, biotelemetry and neural telemetry. In the second part of e thesis I give a review of studies using such methods.
