Teoretická část práce je věnována vymezení základních pojmů, vysvětlení procesu motivace, definici motivovaného zaměstnance a výběru vhodné motivační teorie. V praktické části byla pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu zjišťována míra motivovanosti, důležitost a spokojenost s motivačními faktory s ohledem na pohlaví a délku pracovního poměru respondentů. Výzkumem bylo potvrzeno, že zaměstnanci vybrané společnosti jsou motivovaní. Výsledky výzkumu spokojenosti či nespokojenosti s jednotlivými motivačními faktory mohou sloužit jako podklad pro zlepšení stávajícího motivačního programu pro zaměstnance.. -- Abstract: The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the level of motivation and the identification of motivational factors of the employees of a chosen company. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis specifies the basic terms, explains the process of motivation, gives a definition of a motivated employee and deals with the choice of an appropriate motivational theory. The practical part, by means of a quantitative research, finds out the level of motivation (among the employees of the company) and the significance of and the satisfaction with motivational factors with regard to the gender of the respondents and the length of their employment. The research has confirmed that the employees of the chosen company are motivated. The results of the research of either satisfaction or dissatisfaction with individual motivational factors may lay the groundwork for improving the current motivational program for the employees.
