Tato práce se zabývá historií, současností a budoucími trendy v oblasti vytápění, chlazení, větrání a klimatizace bytových prostor a budov. Je koncepčně zaměřena na aspekty životního prostředí, ekonomiku provozu a investice do vytápění a klimatizace. V práci jsou uvedeny obecné principy vytápění, chlazení, větrání a klimatizace.
