Předložená práce se zabývá problematikou biochemických markerů kostního metabolismu a kostní minerální denzity u pacientů s chronickým onemocněním ledvin ve stadiu 5D nově zařazených do hemodialyzační léčby. V první části byla zhodnocena biochemická a denzitometrická data souboru pacientů získaná při zařazení do chronické hemodialyzační léčby. Ve druhé části práce byl soubor nově hemodialyzovaných nemocných prospektivně sledován po dobu dvou roků. Byly monitorovány markery kostního metabolismu a kostní minerální denzita s cílem zhodnotit vývoj nálezů a jejich vzájemné vztahy. V poslední části práce bylo provedeno retrospektivní zhodnocení změn biochemických parametrů, nutrice a kostní minerální denzity po provedení transplantace ledviny.The presented dissertation deals with the problems of biochemical markers of bone metabolism and bone mineral density in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 5D, newly enrolled in haemodialysis treatment. The first part includes an evaluation of biochemical and densitometry data of a group of patients, obtained during the enrolment for chronic haemodialysis treatment. In the second part of the dissertation work, the group of patients with newly introduced haemodialysis treatment was prospectively monitored for the period of two years. We followed the markers of bone metabolism and bone mineral density, with the aim to assess the development of findings and their mutual interrelations. The last part of the dissertation contains a retrospective analysis of changes in biochemical parameters, nutrition and bone mineral density following a kidney transplantation.
