Diplomová práca poskytuje krátky pohľad na život svätého Františka Saleského a zvlášť na jeho dielo Filotea - Návod na nábožný život. Následne sú z tohto diela vybrané impulzy vzhľadom na duchovné bohatstvo Matky Alfonzy Márie a dokumentov o formácii s možnosťou využitia v počiatočnej formácii v Kongregácii sestier Božského Vykupiteľa.Týmito impulzmi sú nábožnosť, duchovné vedenie, očisťovanie, pokušenie, modlitba, rozjímanie, reči, čnosti, trpezlivosť, pokora, láskavosť a chudoba.The thesis brings a brief lead-in of the life of Saint Francis de Sales and his work Philotea: Introduction to the Devout Life. Several impulses are chosen from his book and these are reflected with the regard of the rich spiritual heritage of Mother Alphonsa Maria and the documents on formation of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Divine Redeemer these impulses are: piousness, spiritual leadership, purification, temptation, prayer, contemplation, conversations, virtues, patience, humility, kindness and poverty. The aim of the work is to find suitable possibilities how to use these impulses in the initial formation in the Congregation.
