Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice porušování autorských práv prostřednictvím informačních a komunikačních technologií. Je zaměřena na specifickou skupinu pachatelů a to na osoby ve věku 15 - 18 let, tedy osoby mladistvé. Hlavním cílem práce je vypracovat přehled autorského práva v kontextu s jeho porušováním mladistvými prostřednictvím informačních a komunikačních technologií. Dílčím cílem práce je zjistit existenci preventivních programů ve vybraných institucích. V praktické části jsou uvedeny otázky, které jsou následně vyhodnoceny.The bachelor thesis discusses the isme of breaching copyright via information and communication technology. It focuses on a specific group of offenders namely persons at the age between 15 and 18, juveniles. The main aim of this thesis is to elaborate an overview of copyright in context with its breach by juveniles using information and communication technology. The secondary aim is to find the existence of preventative measures taken in the chosen institutions. In the practical part there are stated the questions which are then evaluated.
