Bakalářská práce pojednává o tom, jak sociální pracovník s cílovou skupinou "lidé s autismem" pracuje s tímto druhem znevýhodnění. Cílem práce je ukázat, jakými cestami sociální pracovník může zlepšit kvalitu života u lidí s autismem. Jedná se o teoretickou práci. V rámci BP jsem si nejprve definoval poruchy autistického spektra. Následně jsem se již mohl zabývat autismem samotným. Sociálnímu pracovníkovi jsem poskytl "návod", jak pracovat se specifiky komunikace a sociálního fungování u lidí s autismem. Rovněž jsem se zabýval mj. strukturovaným učením, sebeobsluhou a využitím volného času u takto znevýhodněných jedinců. Touto cestou jsem se sociálnímu pracovníkovi pokusil vytvořit "návod", jak efektivně pomáhat lidem s autismem.Bachelor's composition deals about it, how social worker with target group "people with autism" works with people with this kind of handicap. The goal of the work is to show, how social worker can improve quality of the life of people with autism. This is theoretically composition. I defined failure of the autistic spectrum first. I engaged by the autism after it. I provided "manual" to the social worker - how to work with communication and social functioning of the people with autism. I explored structured learning, oneself operation and spending of the free time of the people with this kind of handicap too. I tried to prepare "manual" for the social worker - how to help to the people with autism effectively.
