Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem ekonomické krize na situaci na trhu práce v období 2008 ? 2011. Jejím úkolem bylo na základě regionálně-geografické analýzy zhodnotit vývoj situace na trhu práce po roce 1989. Zjistit změnu ve složení průmyslových podniků před rokem 1989 a v roce 1999. Porovnat výsledky transformace a restrukturalizace 90. letech se situací po roce 2000 a veškeré poznatky komparační metodou porovnat s údaji za Českou republiku. Hlavním cílem práce bylo analyzovat vliv ekonomické krize na trh práce v době jejího největšího dopadu. Na základě dvou případových studií měly být potvrzeny výsledky, zjištěné při analýze vlivu ekonomické krize na trh práce. Práce se dotýká také problematiky cizinců na trhu práce a uplatnění rizikových skupin obyvatel na pracovním trhu.This bachelor thesis deals with the effect of economic crisis on the labor market situation in the district Jesenik in period 2008 ? 2011. Its task was, on the basis of regional geographic analysis, to sum up the development on the labor market since 1989. Also to research the change in the structure of industrial companies before 1989 and in 1999. Another goal was to compare the results of transformation and restructuralization in the 90? with the situation after year 2000 and compare all of the learnt information with the data of The Czech republic. The main objective of this thesis was to analyse the effect of economic crisis on the labor market during its biggest impact. On the basis of two case studies, the main results, which were found out during the analysis of the effect of economic crisis on the labor market, were to be proved. The thesis partly deals with the problems of foreigners on the local labor market and the dealing with labor market of problematic categories of people.
