Zvláště pak na dodržování zásad komunikace mezi lidmi. V teoretické části vymezuji základní pojmy a systematicky uceluji komunikaci, asertivitu, pracovní tým. V praktické části pomocí výzkumné metody dotazníkové zjišťuji, zda respondenti potřebují asertivní výcvik. Cílem této práce je především přinést základní přehled o prostředcích komunikace a asertivity a pracovního týmů.. -- Abstract: The thesis is focused on problems of communication in work teams. Especially for the principles of communication between people. In the theoretical part defines basic concepts and systematically uses communication, assertiveness, team work. In the practice of using the research methods of the questionnaire ascertained whether the respondents need to assertive training. The aim of this work is to provide an overview of the means of communication and assertiveness, and work teams.
