Tato bakalářská práce se zabývala složením krajských vlád po dvou krajských volbách v roce 2004 a 2008. Mezi politické elity patří hejtman, radní a zastupitelé krajů. Téma, které jsem si vybral nebylo v minulých letech analyzováno v takové míře, jako jiné oblasti politologie. V posledních letech se situace zlepšila. Zkoumání krajských politických elit je důležité hlavně z důvodu, že pomáhá odkrýt ohniska budoucích proměn celého politického systému. Občané by měli vědět a zajímat se, kdo obsazuje vysoké funkce v zastupitelstvu, radě nebo státní správě. Tato práce se v první části zabývá historií vzniku krajů a také, jak se staly součástí politického systému ČR. Dále se zabývá, zda se zlepšilo zastoupení žen v orgánech krajů. Práce se zaměřuje i na to, jak se vyvíjely politické dráhy krajských politiků. Zde se zkoumá, z jakých pozic se krajští politikové rekrutují a s tím souvisí i velikost jejich zkušeností. Poslední část práce analyzuje a zkoumá, zda velikost okresů souvisí s mírou jejich zastoupení v zastupitelstvu a radě kraje. Tento problém je analyzován a zkoumán pomocí Pearsonova koeficientu, který zjišťuje, jak silný je vztah mezi dvěma proměnnými.This bachelors thesis dealts with the composition of regional governments in two regional elections in 2004 and 2008. Regional political elites consist of the president of the region, members of the Regional Council and members of the Regional Assembley. This topic was not analyzed to such an extent as other topics of political science. The situation has improved in recent years. Examination of the regional political elites is particularly important, because it helps uncover problem of the future outbreak in the political system. People and citizens should be know and interested in who occupies a high position in a corporation, council or government. This work is in the first part deals with the history of the regions and how to become part of the political system in the Czech republic. It also deals with how to improved representation of the women in regional bodies. The work is focused on how to develop regional political career politicians and from what positions are the regional politics recruited. The last part analyzes and examines whether the size of the district related to the degree of their representation in the regional assembley and regional council. This problem is analyzed and examined by Pearson's coefficient, which determines how strong is the relationship between two variables.
