Tématem diplomové práce jsou registry, které fungují jako zdroje informací o podnikatelských subjektech. Stěžejní rozsah práce zaujímá obchodní rejstřík. Další části práce se věnují právní úpravě rejstříku živnostenského a insolvenčního, tyto však nejsou rozebrány tak dopodrobna, jak tomu bylo u rejstříku obchodního. Je zde stručně přiblížena právní úprava a blíže vysvětleny problematické instituty těchto registrů. Čtvrtá část práce představuje rozbor katastru nemovitostí, kterému se věnuji převážně ze stránky zapisovaných práv. Pátá část se věnuje rejstříku zástav, který představuje v této práci jediný neveřejný registr.The thesis deals with registers as sources of information about entrepreneurs. The thesis mainly concerns with the Commercial Register. Other parts of the thesis deal with the Trade Register and the Insolvency Register, but they are described in less detail then the Commercial Register. The legal regulations are briefly described and the problematical institutions of these registers explained. The fourth part provides the analysis of the Land Registry, mainly from the point of view of the owners' rights. The fifth part deals with the Register of Pledges which is the only non-public register discussed in this thesis.
