Práce se věnuje dějinám obce Břest v první polovině 20. století, tedy mezi léty 1901 - 1948. Práce je rozdělena do kapitol tématicky. Věnuji se událostem politickým, kulturním i vojenským. Práce se snaží popsat a vysvětlit všechny důležité události, které v obci v daném období proběhly.Writing deals with the history of the village Břest in the first half of the 20 century, between 1901 to 1948. The writing is divided thematically into chapters. I attend events in political, cultural and military. Writing tries to describe and explain all the important events in the village during that period took place.
