Je zde popsán sportovní trénink obecně, specifika plaveckého tréninku, tréninkové etapy a vývoj tréninkových metod. Cílem práce je shromáždit informace z těchto oblastí, porovnat tyto informace s tréninky 6. a 7. plaveckých sportovních tříd ve Zlíně v letech 2005 - 2007 a tyto tréninky analyzovat a popsat.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with sports training of children and youth, namely with the swimming training of children at the 6th and 7th grades (i.e. 11 - 13 years of age) in the sports classes in Zlín. It describes sports training in general, specificities of the swimming training, different training stages and development of the training methods. The aim of the thesis is to gather information from the relevant areas, to compare this information with the training at the 6th and 7th grades of the swimming sport classes in Zlín in 2005 - 2007 and to analyze and describe the training lessons.
