Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu založení sociálního podniku pro lidi s duševním onemocněním v Olomouci. Cílem práce je plán založení sociálního podniku v podobě prádelny v rámci společnosti Mana, o.p.s. v Olomouci. Teoretická část se věnuje představení tématu, rešerši dostupných zdrojů, vymezení pojmů, přiblížení cílové skupiny a propojení se sociální politikou a technikami a metodami sociální práce. Součástí je legislativní ukotvení a analýza potřebnosti, která zahrnuje mapování trhu a odůvodnění sociálního podniku pro tuto cílovou skupinu. Praktická část projektu se věnuje přímým krokům k založení sociálního podniku. Cíl projektu je stanovený metodou SMART. V projektu jsou popsané klíčové aktivity včetně indikátorů splnění, management rizik, výstupy a výsledky projektu, popis přidané hodnoty projektu, rozpočet, harmonogram a poté logframe projektu. Vytvořený projekt způsobilý k realizaci může oslovit i další potencionální klienty s duševním onemocněním z Olomouckého kraje, čímž pomůže znevýhodněným skupinám osob s uplatněním se na trhu práce a tím sníží nezaměstnanost. Prádelna nabízí klientům Many, o.p.s. možnost stálého pracovního uplatnění a bezpečnou integraci do společnosti. Pracovní uplatnění je přirozenou součástí života, hraje významnou roli, díky které se člověk stává členem společnosti. Lidé s duševním onemocněním bez ní svůj smysl postrádají, nemají možnost osvojovat si sociální role a seberealizovat se.This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of establishing a new social company for people with mental illness in Olomouc. The aim of the thesis is a plan to establish a social company in the form of laundry under the company Mana, o.p.s. in Olomouc. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to an introduction of the subject, research of available sources, definition of terms, description of the target group and linking to social policy and techniques and methods of social work. An integral part of the thesis is also the legislative framework and a needs analysis, which includes mapping and reasons for a social company for this target group. The practical part of the project is devoted to the direct steps to the founding of a social company. The goal of the project is defined by the SMART method. The project contains the description of key activities including indicators of fulfilment, risk management, outcome and results of the project, description of the project's added value, its budget, time line and at the end the project's log-frame. Prepared project ready to be put in practice can reach also other potentional clients with mental illness from the Olomouc region, which would help disadvantaged groups of people find employment on the labor market and consequently decrease the unemployment rate. The laundry offers to Mana clients an opportunity to find a long-term work and a safe integration into the society. Self-fulfilment at work is a natural part of life and plays an important role in becoming a useful member of the society. Mentally ill people without work miss their meaning of life and do not have a possibility to acquire a social role and experience self-fulfilment.
