Bakalárska práca rozoberá ektaktické ochorenie rohovky, teda keratokonus, ktoré je súčasťou ako lekárskej tak aj optometristickej praxe. Hlavným obsahom je spracovanie aktuálnych invazívnych možnosti liečby keratokonusu. Nevyhnutnou súčasťou témy je charakteristika, jeho diagnostika, klinické príznaky, klasifikácia a stručné neinvazívne možnosti liečby. Základom práce je podrobný opis invazívnych možnosti liečby keratokonusu a to cross-linking, intrastromálny kruhový segment, vnútroočné fakické šošovky a transplantáciu rohovky.This bachelor thesis describes ectactic corneal disease, keratoconus, which is a part of medical and optometrist's practice. The main content is the treatment of the current, invasive treatment options for keratoconus. Characterisation, diagnosis, clinical signs, classification and brief non-invasive treatment options are an essential part of the topic. The work is based on a detailed description of the invasive treatment options of keratoconus as cross-linking, the intrastromal ring segment, phakic intraocular lenses and corneal transplantation.
