Diagnostika motorické výkonnosti ve florbalu u hráčů školního věku z klubu FBS Olomouc [rukopis] / Jan Minář. -- 2022. -- 64 s. (98 000 znaků) : tab. -- Oponent Dagmar Sigmundová. -- Ved. práce Lukáš Rubín. -- Abstract: Hlavním cílem práce bylo analyzovat kondiční a technickou úroveň hráčů mladších žáků, starších žáků a dorostenců z klubu FBS Olomouc. Měření probíhala u mladších a starších žáků v květnu a u dorostenců v červnu roku 2022 za asistence hlavních trenérů kategorií. Testů se celkově zúčastnilo 41 hráčů. Byly vybrány 3 kondiční a 4 technické testy z testové sestavy Českého florbalu: Skok z místa, Illinois agility bez florbalky, 2x45´´, Ilinois agility s florbalkou, manipulace s míčkem, nahrávky v pohybu a střelba. Hráči dosahovali podprůměrných až průměrných výsledků v porovnání s normami vydanými Českým florbalem. Nejnižší výsledky byly u mladších žáků při skoku z místa, kdy byl průměrný výsledek 160 cm. Z technických testů byly nejhorší výsledky v Illinois agility testu s florbalkou a střelby. V testu nahrávek z pohybu se starší žáci dostali svými výsledky do výrazného nadprůměru s průměrným výsledkem 20,1 bodu. Výsledky budu konzultovány s trenéry daných kategorií a navrhovat postup práce do letní přípravy, kdy bude kladen důraz na kondiční část a střelbu.. -- Abstract: The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the fitness and technical level of younger pupils, older pupils and adolescents from the club FBS Olomouc. The measurements of younger pupils and older pupils took place in May and measurements of the adolescents took place in June 2022 with an assistance of the main coach of the category. Total of 41 players took part in the tests on. 3 Fitness and 4 technical tests were selected from the test set of Czech floorball: Jump from place, Illinois agility test without floorball stick, 2x45´´. Ilinois agility testy with floorball stick, ball handling, passing and shooting. Players achieved from below-average to average results compared to the Czech floorball standards. The lowest results had younger pupils in jump from place where the average result was 160 cm. The worst results of the technical tests were in the Ilinois agility test with a floorball stick and shooting. In the passing test, older pupils got significantly above average with an average score of 20.1 points. The results will be consulted with the main coaches of the given categories and propose the procedure of work in the summer preparation, when the emphasis will be on the fitness part and shooting.
