Památné stromy představují součást našeho přírodního dědictví, které je úzce spojeno s kulturní historií určitého místa nebo regionu. Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem památných stromů ve správním obvodu města Olomouc, a také více přiblíží pojem "veteran trees". Úvodní část práce je tedy věnována problematice starých stromů s primárním zaměřením na tento typ dřevin v anglické přírodě. Druhá část se přesouvá k tématu funkce stromů v urbánním prostředí. Poslední část se věnuje samotným památným stromům. Přiblížení právní legislativy o vyhlašování či ochraně a samozřejmě jsou představeny jednotlivé památné stromy města Olomouce. Výsledková část práce obsahuje podrobné zhodnocení všech památných stromů na území města Olomouce. Tato bakalářská práce by mohla sloužit jako inspirativní vodítko pro podrobné hodnocení vyhlášených památných stromů v dalších regionech ČR.Memorable trees are part of our nature heritage which is associated with culture of history of a certain place or region. This bachelore thesis deals with the topic of memorable trees in the administrative district of the city of Olomouc. Furthermore, we will have a closer look at the term "veteran trees". The firts part of the thesis is dedicated to the issue of old trees with the primary aim at this type of evergreens in the English scenery. The second part persues the topic of the function of trees in an urban enviroment. In the last part we aproach the topic of the previously mentioned memorable trees. We will persue the topic of legal legislation of proclaiming and protection in addition to introducing the individual memorable trees of the city of Olomouc. The result part of this contains similar evaulation of every memorable trees in area of Olomouc. This bachelor thesis could serve like inspirational guide for detailed evaluation of a declamer memorable trees in other regions of Czech republic.
