Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem doprovázející organizace pro dlouhodobé pěstouny a současně nabízí pohled na poskytování a využívání psychologických služeb pěstouny z pohledu zúčastněných psychologů, kteří v těchto organizacích působí. Teoretická část se zabývá pěstounskou péčí, doprovázejícími organizacemi, službami, které organizace nabízí a dále vybranými psychologickými aspekty pěstounské péče. Výzkumná část mapuje význam doprovázející organizace pro pěstounské rodiny v českém prostředí z pohledu samotných pěstounů a prozkoumává aspekty psychologického doprovázení v pěstounské péči z pohledu zainteresovaných psychologů.This bachelor's thesis deals with the importance of the involved organization for long-term foster parents, moreover, it also offers a view on providing and using the psychological services by foster parents from the perspective of participating psychologists who work in these organizations. The theoretical part deals with foster care, involved organizations, services offered by the organization, and with a few selected psychological aspects that psychologists most frequently encounter in this area. The practical part maps the importance of the involved organization for foster families in the Czech environment from the point of view of the foster parents themselves, as well as to examine the aspects of psychological accompaniment in foster care from the point of view of the involved psychologists.
