(77 144) : portréty, grafy, schémata + 1 CD ROM. -- Ved. práce Helena Kubátová. -- Oponent Břetislav Tureček. -- Abstract: Cílem této bakalářské práce je za pomoci kvantitativního šetření (dotazníků) získat podrobná data o spokojenosti dobrovolníků a handicapovaných návštěvníků s jednotlivými službami v rámci projektu Colours bez bariér na hudebním festivalu Colours of Ostrava. V teoretické části se představují jednotlivé služby v rámci projektu, dále se charakterizuje dobrovolnictví a vybrané dobrovolnické organizace v České republice. Následně se práce zabývá specifickými potřebami, které se vztahují k jednotlivým zdravotním postižením. Praktická část prokázala, že handicapovaní návštěvníci jsou spokojeni s asistenty, přestože se asistenti cítí nedostatečně proškoleni a také, že asistenti vyžadují delší osobní pauzu na jídlo. Bakalářská práce klade důraz také na handicapované návštěvníky, téměř 45 % z nich tvoří tělesně postiženi jedinci, pro které je terén v oblasti areálu velice obtížný pro pohyb. Dále práce poukazuje na fakt, že v případě zdražení vstupného o 300 Kč by projekt Colours bez bariér přišel o polovinu návštěvníků. Kladně hodnoceny byly rampy pro sledování koncertů, ze kterých byla dobrá viditelnost. Co se dojezdových časů a pokrytého území přepravní společnosti týče, bylo z dotazovaných respondentů, kteří službu využili, téměř polovina nespokojena. Zřejmě z toho důvodu by si respondenti jednoznačně přáli i větší kapacitu parkovacích míst, aby se mohli dopravovat vlastními prostředky. Drtivá většina respondentů poukázala na nedostatečné množství bezbariérových toalet a také na jejich nevhodné rozložení po areálu. V závěru práce jsou navržena vhodná řešení, která by mohla vést ke zkvalitnění služeb v dalších letech festivalu.. -- Abstract: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to use the quantitative survey (questionnaires) to obtain detailed data on the satisfaction of volunteers and handicapped visitors with individual services within the project Colours bez bariér at the music festival Colours of Ostrava. In the theoretical part, are presented the individual services within the project and characterized volunteering and selected volunteer organizations in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, the thesis deals with specific needs related to individual disabilities. The practical part showed that handicapped visitors are satisfied with the assistants, even though the assistants feel inadequately trained and also that the assistants require a longer personal break for food. The bachelor thesis also places emphasis on handicapped visitors, almost 45 % of them are physically handicapped individuals, for whom is very difficult to move in terrain. Furthermore, the thesis points out that in the case of an increase in the admission fee of 300 CZK, Colours bez bariér would lose half of the visitors. The ramps for viewing concerts were positively evaluated which visibility was good were rated positively. As far as the arrival times and covered territory of the transport company are concerned, almost half of the respondents who used the service were dissatisfied. Apparently, for this reason, the respondents would also like to have more parking spaces in order to be transported by their own means. The overwhelming majority of respondents pointed to the insufficient amount of barrier-free toilets and also to their unfavorable distribution across the premises. At the end of the thesis, possible solutions to described issues are proposed which could lead to the improvement of services in the following years of the festival.
