(115 231 znaků) : schémata, tab. -- Ved. práce Dušan Šimek. -- Oponent Helena Kubátová. -- Abstract: Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh optimalizace adaptačního procesu nových zaměstnanců na pozici THP ve firmě XY. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány adaptaci nových zaměstnanců z hlediska teoretických definic, které byly získány z odborné literatury. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedeny metody, které byly použity k dosažení stanoveného cíle. Dále je zde krátce představena firma XY a popsán skutečný průběh adaptačního procesu v této firmě, který je porovnáván s jeho procesním nastavením a s teoretickými definicemi. V závěru bakalářské práce uvádím návrhy opatření k optimalizaci adaptačního procesu.. -- Abstract: The objective of the bachelor's thesis is the optimization proposal of new employees' adaptation process for white-collar positions in the company XY. The bachelor's thesis is structured into three chapters. The first and the second chapter deal with the adaptation of new employees in term of theoretic definitions that were acquired from literature. The third charter deals with the methods that were applied to achieve defined objective. Further follows the short introduction of the company XY and description of actual course of adaptation process in the company that is compared to its process setup and theoretic definitions. The measures to optimization of the adaptation process are presented in conclusion of the bachelor's thesis.
