Cílem práce je interpretovat postoje a myšlenky Colase Breugnona a ilustrovat je na ukázkách z románu. Je zde zmíněn také autorův život, tvorba a okolnosti, které Romaina Rollanda vedly k sepsání románu Dobrý člověk ještě žije.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with the main character of the novel Colas Breugnon by French writer Romain Rolland. The aim of this work is the interpretation of attitudes and thoughts of Colas Breugnon and its following illustration in the extracts of the novel. The thesis is also concerned with Romain Rolland´s life and work and the circumstances which led him to write the novel Colas Breugnon.
