Tato práce se zabývá prožíváním ženství a ženské role u studentek VŠ. Součástí práce je uvedení do tématu ženství, ženské identity a genderových stereotypů. Čtenář je seznámen také s přístupem psychodynamických teorií ve vztahu k ženství a oblastí partnerských vztahů. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se 4 vysokoškolskými studentkami. V rámci výzkumu byly stanoveny 3 cíle. Prvním cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaké je vůbec pojetí a představa ženství u studentek vysokých škol. Druhým výzkumným cílem bylo zjistit, jaké je jejich prožívání ženské role ve vztahu k partnerskému životu. Třetí cíl se týkal prožívání ženské role ve vztahu k profesnímu uplatnění. Data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a zpracována obsahovou analýzou a metodou vytváření trsů. Výzkum přináší informace o důležitých faktorech ovlivňující prožívání ženství a ženské role, se kterými se setkáváme u současných studentek vysokých škol.This thesis describes the experience of womanhood and the feminine role of female university students. Part of this work is the introduction to the topic of womanhood, female identity and gender stereotypes. The reader is also familiarized with the approach of psychodynamic theory and with the relation to areas of womanhood and relationships. The research was conducted using semi-structured interviews with four female university students. The purpose was to capture important factors in the experience of womanhood and the femenine role through the 3 research objectives. The first objective of the research was to find out what it is all concept and idea of womanhood. The second research objective was to find out the female feelings in relation to their partnerships. The third objective is concerned experiencing female role in relation to profession. Data were obtained through semi-structured interview and processed to content analysis and cluster method. The research provides information on important factors affecting the perception of femininity and female roles, encountered in current university students.
