Předložená bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá činností moderátorky Michaely Jílkové v diskusním pořadu Máte slovo. Analyzuje verbální prostředky řízení dialogu, přičemž klade důraz na klasifikaci a analýzu moderátorčiných otázek a přerušování replik hostů. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány pojmy související s mediálním dialogem a moderátorskou činností. Tak je utvořen analytický rámec pro část praktickou, která se zabývá popisem a analýzou vybraných prostředků řízení dialogu, které moderátorka využívá. Analýza je prováděna na základě důkladného sledování vzorku dvou dílů pořadu. Cílem práce je analýza vybraných komunikačních strategií, pomocí kterých moderátorka dosahuje svého úkolu, kterým je řízení průběhu diskusního pořadu. Práce má za úkol také zjistit míru agresivity jejího tázání.The bachelor thesis presented depicts the performance of the TV host Michaela Jílková in the talk show Máte slovo. It will analyze the verbal means of the dialogue management, while emphasizing the classification of the host's questions and the interruption of guests' talks. In the theoretical part of the thesis there will be defined the terms connected to the media dialogue and the performance of the host. This way the analytical framework will be constructed to function in the practical part, which will describe and analyse the means of the dialogue management that the host uses. The analysis is based on the thorough watching of two episodes of the show. The goal of the thesis is to describe the communication strategies used to anable the host to achieve her task to direct the course of the talk show. Another goal of the thesis is to find the degree of aggressiviness of the host.
