Tato práce má v úmyslu výstižně a stručně nastínit problematiku deviace dětí a mládeže. Dále popsat, jaké jsou nejčastější příčiny a následky takového chování. Uvést přehled právních norem, které se zabývají tímto rozrůstajícím se společenským fenoménem. Jakým způsob je tato oblast ošetřována státem. Nedílnou složkou mé práce je také oblast prevence deviací dětí a mládeže. Informace a fakta, jež jsem uvedla v kapitolách teoretické části, podtrhnu v empirické části pomocí případových studií. Ty následně porovnám a pokusím se vyvodit spojitosti mezi jednotlivými případy. Tímto pomohu hlubšímu pochopení práce Odboru sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, jemuž jsem také věnovala jednu kapitolu své práce.The aim of my thesis was to explain the issue of deviation of children and youth. The next is describe the causes and consequences of this behavior. Provide the overview of legal standards, which are dealth with this issue. Last but not least in my thesis is the make description role of the state and prevention. Informations and facts, which I was described in theoretical section of my thesis, I have sumarized in empirici section. I used studies of cases. This specific studies were compared. I have drew the connections between the cases. This the way how to understand to work of institucion of social and legal protection of children.
