Časová a prostorová variabilita teploty vzduchu může být ve městě studována s využitím různých zdrojů dat. Mezi standardní metody patří meteorologická měření, ke zvláštním metodám patří mobilní měření. Tato práce popisuje dlouhodobé kolísání teploty vzduchu a teplotních extrémů ve městě Vsetín na základě měření ČHMÚ. Charakteristické rysy reliéfu, aktivního povrchu a produkce odpadního tepla výrazně ovlivňují teplotní variabilitu ve Vsetíně, středně velkém městě s kotlinovou polohou. Tyto teplotní rozdíly byly popsány za radiačního počasí pomocí metody mobilních měření, která jako jediná z dostupných metod nabízela okamžité a přesné výsledky o prostorové diferenciaci teploty vzduchu v městské a příměstské krajině. Na základě těchto měření byla popsána místa s výskytem rizikových místních klimatických efektů. Syntézou dlouhodobého kolísání teploty vzduchu a prostorové variability teploty vzduchu ve městě byla popsána možná zdravotní rizika obyvatel.Various sources of data may be used to study a temporal variability and a spatial variability of the air temperature in a town. Standard methods of measurement include meteorological measurements, to the unusual ones belongs a mobile measurement. This thesis describes a long-term variation of the air temperature and temperature extremes in the town of Vsetín using data of the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute. The variability of the air temperature in Vsetín, the moderate-sized town with a basinal location, is influenced by characteristic features of relief, an active surface and a production of waste heat. These differences in the air temperature were described during radiative weather by means of methods of the mobile measurements, which offers as the only one of available methods immediate and precise results of spatial air temperature differentiation in urban and suburban landscape. On the basis of these measurements spaces with risk local climate effects were described. Potential health risks of residents were pointed out with the use of synthesis of the long-term variation of the air temperature and the spatial variability of the air temperature in the town.
