Andragogické souvislosti ošetřovatelské profese [rukopis] / Ivona Buryová. -- 2011. -- 122 s. -- Ved. práce Dušan Šimek. -- Abstract: Předmětem disertační práce jsou andragogické souvislosti ošetřovatelské profese. Cílem disertační práce je identifikace současných psychosociálních aspektů zdravotnického povolání v konfrontaci s teoretickými názory odborníků z oblasti pomáhajících profesí, poradenské psychologie, andragogiky a sociální práce v České republice a v Polsku. V první části práce je konceptualizován obsah pomáhající profese z pohledu interdisciplinárního přístupu a zaměřen na zdravotnickou profesi jako jednu z pomáhajících profesí. Ve druhé části disertační práce následuje prezentace vlastního vzdělávacího projektu - Andragogické kurikulum - zaměřeného na rozvoj klíčových kompetencí středního managementu ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení. Třetí část disertační práce je věnována evaluaci výsledků vzdělávání a jejich měření prostřednictvím sociologické sondy.. -- Abstract: The subject of the dissertation are andragogy related the nursing profession. The aim of the dissertation is to identify the current psychosocial aspects of medical profession in the confrontation with theoretical views of experts in the helping professions, counseling psychology, social work and andragogy in the Czech Republic and Poland. In the first part of this work is conceptualized content of the helping professions looking interdisciplinary approach and focuses on the medical profession as one of the helping professions. In the second part of the dissertation follows the presentation of their own educational project - Andragogy curriculum - focusing on developing key competences of middle management in selected health care facility. The third part of the dissertation is devoted to the evaluation of learning outcomes and their measurement using sociological study.
