Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fyzioterapie u pacientů, kteří utrpěli poranění šlachy flexoru na ruce. Práce obsahuje část anatomickou, ve které jsou zaznamenány anatomické poznatky související s jiţ zmiňovanou problematikou. Mezi tyto poznatky patří: morfologie šlachy, anatomie flexorového aparátu a jeho retikulárního systému, výţiva šlachy. Dále práce obsahuje část chirurgickou popisující chirurgická řešení šlachových lézi. Je v ní rovněţ zmíněno hojení, klasifikace a diagnóza poranění flexorových šlach. Hlavní část je věnována rehabilitaci a zabývá se rehabilitačními metodami u reparovaných šlach flexorů se zaměřením na imobilizaci, pasivní a aktivní mobilizační programy včetně dlahování. Práce seznamuje s rehabilitačními postupy a metodami následujícími po chirurgickém zákroku na flexorových šlachách.The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of physiotherapy of the patients, who have suffered an injury of flexor tendon in the hand. Firstly, the thesis contains theoretical part dealing with anatomic information on the above mentioned issue, namely morphology of tendons, anatomy of flexor apparatus, the pulley system, and nutrition for tendons. Secondly, the thesis includes a part, which deals with surgical solutions of tendon´s lesion. The healing, classification and diagnosis of the injuries of the flexor tendons are included in this part. The main part is devoted to rehabilitation and rehabilitating methods after flexor tendon repairs with the focus on immobilization, passive and active mobilization programmes, and splinting. The thesis presents rehabilitation procedures and methods, which follow the surgical treatment of flexor tendon.
