Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je využití sociometrie v práci vychovatele a pedagoga. První kapitola vysvětluje pojem sociometrie, její vývoj a zakladatele této metody. V druhé kapitole je vymezen pojem sociální skupina, její typologie a pozice jedince ve skupině. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedeny sociometrické techniky, včetně sociometrického testu a jeho konstrukce. Kapitola číslo čtyři popisuje konkrétní způsoby zpracování sociometrických dat. Výzkumná část je věnována studiu interpersonálních vztahů ve skupině, založených na sympatiích a antipatiích.The main theme of this bachelor thesis is improvement of sociometry in pedagogy and preceptorship. The first chapter explains the concept of sociometry, its development and the founder of this method. In the second chapter is defined the cocncept of social group, the typology and the position of the individual in the group. The third chapter presents sociomtric techniques, especially sociometric test with its design. Chapter four describes specific methods of processing sociometric data. The research part is devoted to the study of interpersonal relationships within the group, based on sympathy and antipathy.
