Práce je zaměřena na problematiku poruchy průchodnosti duodena na vrozeném podkladě. Řeší možnosti diagnostiky a léčby na podkladě vlastních zkušeností chirurgické kliniky Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava v období 1987 ? 2007. Do studie bylo zařazeno 118 pacientů. Všech 118 pacientů bylo operováno. Mortalita byla 22 %. Z celého souboru bylo dlouhodobě sledováno 106 pacientů, což je 89,8% . Zcela bez klinických potíží a v dobrém klinickém stavu bylo 65 pacientů, tedy 61,3% Tato práce je zaměřena na objasnění problematiky poruchy průchodnosti duodena . Na podkladě vyhodnocených výsledků je doporučeným postupem operace dle Kimury s taperingem proximálního úseku duodena. Tato terapeutický postup byl vyhodnocen jako optimální, ve shodě s literárnímu údaji.The dissertation describes disorders of a duodenal passage on a congenital base. The study deals with a diagnosis and treatment on author´s experience from Surgery of the University Hospital Ostrava during period of 20 years /1987 ? 2007 /. The study consists of 118 patients, and all patients were operated on. The study showed mortality were 22 %. 106 children after treatment were followed up during next years what means 89,8 %. About 65 patients are in very good clinical condition and without any abdominal problems /61,3 %/. This dissertation is directed to make clear the problem of duodenal passage disorder. The study concludes that the best surgical procedure is Kimura´s approach with tappering of duodenal proximal part. The study result confirms also a literature statement.
