Bakalářská diplomová práce se věnuje otázce vlivu rodinného prostředí na kriminalitu mládeže. Cílem závěrečné práce je poukázat na úlohu a důležitost rodiny v problematice kriminality mládeže a následně popsat příčiny, tj. kriminogenní faktory tohoto jevu. Závěrečná práce je složena z teoretické a empirické části. Teoretická část závěrečné práce se nejprve zabývá objasněním pojmu rodina, jejím významem pro dítě, vymezením funkcí rodiny a problematikou výchovy dětí v rodině. Závěr první kapitoly patří dělení rodin z hlediska jejich funkčnosti se zaměřením na nejvíce rozšířené typy rodin dysfunkčních. Druhá kapitola obsahuje vymezení základního pojmosloví v oblasti kriminality mládeže a výčet kriminogenních faktorů, které mohou být příčinou kriminálního chování mládeže, a to se zvláštním zřetelem na úlohu rodiny v této problematice. Empirická část interpretuje zjištěné poznatky ze dvou případových studií. Vlastní výzkum má povahu sondy do diskutované problematiky, měl by se tedy stát odrazovým můstkem k dalšímu podrobnějšímu šetření. Při zpracování výzkumné části závěrečné práce je použita metoda studia dokumentů, jejímž východiskem jsou jednak teoretické poznatky z dostupné literatury a jednak obsahová analýza studovaných písemných dokumentů. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, které dysfunkční faktory se v rodinném prostředí klienta objevovaly a jaký význam by mohly mít na páchání trestné činnosti v jeho dospělosti. Na závěr jsou pak nastíněny podoby možných preventivních opatření tohoto sociálně patologického jevu.The bachelor Thesis is dedicated to the issue of family environment influence on juvenile delinquency. The objective of the thesis is to show the role and importance of family in the juvenile delinquency issue and to describe the causes, i.e. criminogenic factors of this phenomenon. The thesis consists of a theoretic and an empiric part. The theoretic part of the thesis at first deals with clarification of the term family and its significance for a child, definition of family functions and the issues of raising children in a family. Conclusion of the first chapter is dedicated to division of families from the viewpoint of their functionality with focus on the most frequent types of dysfunctional families. The second chapter contains definition of the basic terms in the area of juvenile delinquency and the list of criminogenic factors, which may be the cause of youth's criminal behavior with special attention on family role in this phenomenon. The empiric part interprets discovered observations from two case studies. The actual research is of a nature of a probe into the discussed topic and thus should be the first step for more detail investigation. While elaborating the research part of the thesis I used the method of document study, outcome of which are theoretical knowledge from the available literature and also content analysis of studied written documents. The objective of the research was to discover what dysfunctional factors appeared in the client's family environment and what significance they could have had on criminal activities in his/her adult age, and also to layout the role of possible preventive actions for this socially pathological phenomenon.
