Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo determinovat a analyzovat somatický stav dětí a následně posoudit diference u vybraných somatometrických znaků ve vztahu k referenčnímu souboru stejné věkové kategorie v ČR.Habitus dětí byl popsán pomocí typologie dle metody Heath-Carter a somatických indexů. Dalším cílem bylo sledování týdenní pohybové aktivity dětí a jejich rodičů pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku IPAQ. Takto získané informace byly porovnávány s vybranými somatometrickými parametry.The main purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the children´s somatotype and to consider the difference between chosen somatometric parameters and the Czech children population of the same age. The study group consisted of 154 boys and 138 girls from three basic schools in Olomouc. The Heath-Carter method of somatotyping and somatometric indices were used to assess the children´s somatotype. Another aim of this study was the observation of weekly physical activity of children and their parents by means of the IPAQ questionnare. Results of IPAQ were compared with chosen somatometric parameters.
