Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ženy policistky a rovných příležitostí žen a mužů v řadách Policie České republiky. V práci je zachycena struktura, organizace a význam Policie České republiky, postavení žen u Policie České republiky a jejich zákonná ochrana. Součástí práce je i průzkum realizovaný mezi policisty a policistkami Okresního ředitelství Policie České republiky Olomouc, který se doptával na jejich názory ohledně rovnosti mezi muži a ženami.This thesis deals with problems of policewoman and equal opportunities of women and men, who are on the active list of Czech Republic Police. The thesis shows the stucture, the organisation and the importance of Czech Republic Police. It presents also the status and statutable protection of policewomen. One part of the thesis shows results of the survey, that was realized among policemen and policewomen at Czech Republic Police Provincial headquarters in Olomouc. The questionnaire interrogated opinions on equality between men and women.
