Tato práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V teoretické části popisuje Bechtěrevovu chorobu z hlediska medicínského, terapeutického a volnočasového. Úkolem analytické části je zjistit informovanost pacientů s chorobou Morbus Bechtěrev o možnostech aktivního trávení volného času a využívání těchto možností. K dosažení vytyčeného úkolu byl použit anonymní dotazník, který zahrnoval 20 uzavřených otázek. Praktická část se na základě výsledků empirického šetření věnuje vytvoření aktivního víkendového pobytu se zaměřením na bechtěrevovo onemocnění.This thesis is divided into three parts. In the theoretical part it describes Ankylosing Spondylitis in terms of medicine, therapeutics and leisure time. The task of the analytical part is to find out a foreknowledge of patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis about the possibilities of spending leisure time actively and using these possibilities. For the achievement of the given task, I used an anonymous questionnaire, which contained 20 closed questions. The practical part is based on results of an empiric survey and attempts to create an active weekend stay targeted on the disease Ankylosing Spondylitis.
