The goal of this work is to familiarize with the concept of the Pierre Auger Observatory, its basic components, the role of a robotic telescope FRAM in atmospheric monitoring and to participate in data analysis of data from this telescope. The goal of the data analysis was to investigate homogeneity of the aerosols in the atmosphere as a function of azimuth, which has been predicted but not proven so far. This analysis was performed for measured data during 2020. During the analysis, we discovered parts of data (several nights) that have vertical aerosol optical depth values up to ten times higher than normal nights. For this phenomenon, we tried to investigate if these fluctuations were caused by atmospheric conditions (such as wind, temperature, air humidity), but this assumption was not confirmed. Looking at the observatory s internal material, we found that this abnormality was caused by an extensive vegetation fire in the pampas. We further investigated the time dependence of vertical aerosol optical depth (over one night) for seven nights in January and found no time dependence. Based on analyzed data, we would thus confirm the assumption of good homogenity for the aerosols in the atmosphere for both ordinary and "abnormal" nights, in which there was no significant decrease or increase in vertical aerosol optical depth as a function of azimuth.
