Bakalářská práce se zabývá manažerskými funkcemi v obuvnickém podniku a firemními změnami v průběhu pandemie COVID-19. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. Teoretická část práce popisuje obecné pojetí managementu a manažerského profilu. Dále popisuje využití manažerských funkcí na základě odborné literatury. V praktické části práce bude vymezena obecná charakteristika společnosti a manažerské funkce ve vybraném podniku. V další části práce budou vyhodnoceny změny, které musela společnost podniknout v důsledku pandemie COVID-19. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě teoretických východisek analyzovat manažerské funkce v obuvnickém podniku. Dalším cílem je znázornění změn fungování, které musela společnost v důsledku pandemie udělat. Následně budou společnosti na základě získaných zjištění navrhnuta opatření ke zlepšení.The bachelor thesis deals with managerial functions in a footwear company and corporate changes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the general concept of management and the managerial profile. It also describes the use of managerial functions based on the literature. The practical part of the thesis will define the general characteristics of the enterprise and managerial functions in the selected enterprise. The next part of the thesis will evaluate the changes that the company had to make as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the managerial functions in a footwear company based on the theoretical background. Another objective is to illustrate the changes in the functioning that the company had to make as a result of the pandemic. Subsequently, based on the findings, measures will be proposed to improve the situation in the company.
