Diplomová práce se zabývá přínosy a úskalími zavádění digitalizace v terciárním školství v Ruské federaci, která je zde aktuální součástí reforem školství. Shrnuje ve stručnosti nejen tyto reformy od vyhlášení nezávislosti Ruské federace - tedy od samého začátku 90. let 20. století, ale i popisuje, rozebírá a zhodnocuje jejich vývoj i současný stav v souvislosti s terciárním školstvím, přičemž stav současného terciárního školství v Ruské federaci stručně charakterizuje také. Zaobírá se i pojetím digitálních technologií a provázáním digitalizace s různými sektory, způsoby a postupy jejího zavádění do terciárního školství, a to včetně vymezení a srovnání přínosů (výhod) a úskalí (nevýhod) digitalizace. Závěrem zhodnocuje, v jakém stádiu se proces digitalizace jakožto součásti reforem v terciárním školství v Ruské federaci nachází a nastiňuje další možnosti vývoje s tím, že je ohraničena zářím roku 2022.The diploma thesis deals with the benefits and drawbacks of implementation of digitalisation of the higher education in the Russian Federation which is currently a part of educational reforms there. It briefly summarises not only these reforms since the declaration of the independence of the Russian Federation - i.e. from the very beginning of the 1990s, but also describes, analyses and evaluates their evolution and the current state concerning the higher education while the current state of the higher education in the Russian Federation is also briefly characterised. It also deals with the concept of digital technologies and the interrelation among various sectors, the methods and the procedures of its introduction into the higher education, including the definition and comparison of the benefits (advantages) and drawbacks (disadvantages) of digitalisation of the higher education in the Russian Federation and it outlines other options of development, with thesis being limited by the date of September 2022.
