Cílem přehledové bakalářské práce bylo sumarizovat dohledané validní poznatky týkající se možností radioterapie v léčbě sarkomů měkkých tkání, charakteristiky sarkomů měkkých tkání a jejich léčby. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole jsou shrnuty dohledané informace ohledně charakteristiky a diagnostiky sarkomů měkkých tkání. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na jejich léčebné metody. Třetí kapitola se věnuje roli radioterapie v léčbě sarkomů měkkých tkání. V závěrečné kapitole jsou rozebrány vybrané typy a skupiny sarkomů měkkých tkání. Potřebné informace byly čerpány z odborné literatury, publikovaných odborných studií a článků.The aim of bachelor thesis was to summarize the valid findings regarding the possibilities of radiotherapy in the treatment of soft tissue sarcomas, characteristics of soft tissue sarcomas and their treatment. The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter summarizes the information obtained on the characteristics and diagnosis of soft tissue sarcomas. The second chapter focuses on their treatment methods. The third chapter deals with the role of radiotherapy in the treatment of soft tissue sarcomas. The last chapter discusses selected groups and types of sarcomas. The necessary information has been drawn from professional literature, published professional studies and articles.
