(228 000 znaků) : grafy, tab. -- Ved. práce Petra Měšťánková. -- Oponent Jana Bellová. -- Abstract: Ústředním tématem a poslední kapitolou diplomové práce bylo analyzovat různé typy diskurzů a/politických aktérů relevantních v otázce přijetí eura. Relevantními aktéry jsou myšleny ty osobnosti, které během výkonu své funkce měli pravomoc, možnost a vliv na problematiku přijetí společné evropské měny. Konkrétně se jedná o osobu předsedy vlády, ministra financí, prezidenta republiky a guvernéra ČNB. Diskurzem jsou pak myšleny například televizní debaty, projevy na půdě Parlamentu, debaty s odborníky nebo programová prohlášení vlád, včetně volebních programů politických stran a hnutí. Úvodní kapitola je věnována diskurzivní analýze. Blíže je pak popsána kritická diskurzivní analýza, která je následně aplikována na výše definované diskurzy a/politických aktérů. Druhá a třetí kapitola jsou na sebe navazující. Druhá kapitola totiž pojednává o historii a vývoji evropské měnové integrace od konce druhé světové války, až po vznik Hospodářské a měnové unie, resp. až po finální vznik společné evropské měny euro v rámci měnové unie. Obsahem třetí kapitoly jsou pak konkrétně definovaná maastrichtská konvergenční kritéria, jejichž plnění je nezbytné pro vstup do eurozóny. Kapitola je pak zakončena podkapitolou Paktem Stability a růstu, tedy paktem mezi členskými státy eurozóny o dodržování fiskálních a monetárních podmínek i uvnitř eurozóny a podkapitolou pojednávající o sbližování české ekonomiky s ekonomikami členských států eurozóny.. -- Abstract: The central theme and the last chapter of the thesis was to analyse the different types of discourses of non/political actors relevant to the issue of euro adoption. Relevant actors are those personalities who, in the performance of their duties, had the power, opportunity and influence to adopt the European currency. Specifically, he is the person of the Prime Minister, the Minister of Finance, the President of the Republic and the Governor of the CNB. The discourse is meant, for example, television debates, speeches in Parliament, debates with experts or program statements by governments, including the election programs of political parties and movements. The introductory chapter is devoted to discursive analysis. The critical discursive analysis is described in more detail, which is then applied to the above-defined discourses and non/political actors. The second and third chapters are consecutive. The second chapter deals with the history of European monetary integration from the end of World War II to the establishment of Economic and Monetary Union, respectively until the final emergence of the single European currency, the euro, within a monetary union. The content of the third chapter contains specifically defined Maastricht convergence criteria, the fulfilment of which is necessary for entry into the euro area. The chapter then concludes with the sub-chapter The Stability and Growth Pact, i.e. the pact between euro area member states on compliance with fiscal and monetary conditions within the euro area and a sub-chapter dealing with the convergence of the Czech economy with the economies of the euro area member states.
