Cílem bakalářské práce "Disciplinace členů krnovského cechovního zřízení v 18. století" je přiblížení disciplinačních technik pekařského cechu v Krnově. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V úvodu se čtenář seznámí s tématem, badatelskými otázkami, prameny a literaturou, které byly použity v této práci. Součástí textu je nastínění historie Krnova od 13. do poloviny 18. století. Pozornost je také věnována vzniku a vývoji cechovních organizací až do jejich zrušení v roce 1859. Čtvrtá kapitola se zaměřuje na historii krnovských cechů a speciálně na analýzu knihy trestů a učňů cechu pekařského a na disciplinaci v cechu. K bádání jsou využity cechovní artikule a kniha trestů a učňů. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky práce společně se seznamem pramenů a literatury. Na konci práce jsou přiloženy tabulky získaných dat z pramene.The aim of the bachelor's thesis "Disciplination of members of the Krnov guild establishment in the 18th century" is to approach the disciplinary techniques of the bakery guild in Krnov. The work is divided into four chapters. In the introduction, the reader is introduced to the topic, research questions, sources and literature that were used in this work. Part of the text is an outline of the history of Krnov from the 13th to the middle of the 18th century. Attention is also paid to the origin and development of guild organizations until their abolition in 1859. The fourth chapter focuses on the history of Krnov guilds and especially on the analysis of the book of punishments and apprentices of the bakery guild and the discipline in the guild. Guild articles and a book of punishments and apprentices are used for research. In the end, the results of the work are summarized together with a list of sources and literature. Tables of data obtained from the source are attached at the very end of the work.
